Exchange and return policy
- The return policy is within only three days from the date of receipt, or exchange within seven days from the date of receipt.
- Exceptions:
- Products not in their original packaging, products that have lost their original labels or serial numbers, missing accessories and air rifles issued a permit as they are subject to procedures consistent with the directives and laws of the Ministry of Interior in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- In the event that the product is returned due to a defect in the product or a defect from the manufacturer, additional shipping service fees or bank transfer fees will not be charged.
- In the event of a return for other reasons (the customer needs to exchange the product or the customer’s desire has changed in general), shipping fees and bank transfer fees will be charged to the ordering person.
- If the product is not received by the customer, the shipping fees will be charged to the customer and only the value of the products will be refunded
- When preparing to return a product, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories and instruction manual included.
Products that have scratches or are damaged due to misuse or malfunction due to the use of a mismatched voltage will not be returned or exchanged. We have the right to agree to accept the return of products that do not meet the above criteria.
Note
The order value is refunded when paying with a “Mada” card. The money is returned immediately after the store submits the cancellation request to the bank and its procedures are completed. However, in the case of paying by credit card and after the store submits the cancellation request to the bank, the money is returned within a maximum of 14 working days.
