Exchange and Return Policy

In order to ensure customer satisfaction and in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Al-Rumaih Company clarifies the following exchange and return policy :

First: The consumer's right to a refund

  • The consumer has the right to exchange within (7) days and return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason , in accordance with the e-commerce system.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Second: Cases in which refund is not permitted

The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

  • Air rifles are licensed and subject to the laws and directives of the Ministry of Interior in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • If the product was manufactured or specially prepared based on the consumer's request.
  • If the product is a consumer or personal product and it has been opened after receipt.

Third: Conditions for accepting returns

  • The product must be: in its original condition - unused - undamaged - inside the original packaging with all its accessories
  • Provide the purchase invoice or order number .

Fourth: Damaged or non-conforming products

  • In case you receive a damaged product or one that does not match the description :
  • The consumer has the right to request a refund or exchange at no cost .
  • The store covers all shipping costs.
  • The store must be notified within 3 days of the date of receipt, with clear photos attached.

Fifth: Shipping costs

  • In case of return without reason: the consumer bears the shipping cost .
  • In case of error on the part of the store or a defect: the store bears the full shipping costs.

Sixth: Method and duration of refund

  • The refund will be issued within a period not exceeding (14) days from the date of receiving the returned product, and the refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce.

Seventh: Substitution

  • Replacements are made under the same return conditions mentioned above, and subject to the availability of the replacement product.

Important legal notice

Some equipment and devices require operation or installation, and once operation or installation is complete, the right of return is forfeited and the warranty policy is applied, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce.


Eighth: Order cancellation by the store

The store has the right to cancel the order and refund the customer in full in the following cases:

  • Product unavailability or out of stock after order completion.
  • There is a clear error in the price or product description.
  • Shipping or delivery to the customer's address was not possible.
  • Suspicion of an incorrect or fraudulent payment transaction.
  • The customer requested cancellation of the order before shipment.
  • The order violates the store's published terms and conditions.
  • When a refund is issued, the customer is notified of the reason for the cancellation.
